i was banned for venting in a lesiaun makeing comments thats was not offense i thought as we had recently been in a situation with cops were no rp was provided with video evidence and the admin jefke was makeing excuses and got a little heated and i feel he banned me because a personal grudge with our gang from his words himself saying we have been doing this all day i would not like him to look at this apeal and another staff member to i was banned because i said words like brainded and idiot because he was just overtalking everyone and i feel was trying to use his rank to gain advantage over us and personally im not a fan of people thinking they are better i do apogise for my words but in no right was a perm decerveied i was just trying to show our viewpoint but he never let us show our points or try and resolve properly i do apogise for saying what i did but it got heated and everyone was shoating and getting anoyyed and i feel he has just saw a mistake or some emotion of anger and took advatage of the slip up that allways happened and straight banned for it since he dosent like our gang from his words himself i am to blame for even saying this stuff but i feel he was just ban happy since he dosent like us and say an slip up 

allso the rule dosent say perm i no in certain situation it can be but i dont think he should of been able to ban me science freek was allso there to observe but the admin was involved fully in the situation and fully belived he did it due to the situation that happened just ingame and dont think he should of banned me i would of understood if science freek did but  

Why should we unban you ?
cause iv been a member of the community for 3 years and started back playing and enjoyed my time at the start but due to situations and situations like these see my self not enjoying more and more but i love to hang with my friends and two roleplay with some of the good roleplayers that are still on the island thanks

aye yes sorry not the best didnt pass my english gcse but hopefully this time around venting it was a ts ban all today we have been getting into situations with cops with no roleplay and we allways try and we get nothing so when we have video proof and they are denying it all it got a bit heated in the channel and i slipped up and said something i regret and got banned for it but i think i should of got banned by the admin who was involved in the situation and there was no way realy he could of been offended or hurt due to my childish remarks lmao

my friend is uploading the clip atm but i did scream in anger  looking back at it was quite childish but i was just frustrated and angry they wernt liserning and telling us to be quite for example when we was trying to argue our point 

edit my friend has gone offline but what i do remember i raised my voice and called him an idiot and brainded after ignoring all our points for 20 mins of trying to exsplain

me raising my voice i feel was not the real issue hear as jefke didnt say anything it wasent a scream but more of just raising my voice but ppl have gotton away with so much more and i get banned for calling someone an idiot i dont feel as its fair that he banned me since he was dirrectly involved in the situation and was clearly biased and was waiting for a slip up

what im trying to get 2 hear is it feel like to me that not a scream but just going closer to mic but  i feel it was a mixzture of the both of em  i dont feal the issue is was that part of the situation but more to my childish insults

Was this before or after you called the staff team brain dead, Certainly no way to deal with a situation and a sure way to lose your access to teamspeak.

You are lucky you are not on a 16.2 / 1.6 at this point but I am sure it will lead to that
