Switch character without logging out

What the title says, add a feature which let's you switch between characters in the same play session without having to reconnect. 

Would save people quite some time.

Might be true. I have seen it on other servers but as I've got no clue what goes on in the backend that doesn't have to mean anything.

Not possible under current core and we really don't want to make it easy for someone to switch characters easily, I and those I have discussed this with feel this promotes breaking the character seperation rules.
