Woudlnt it be neat if when you tackle someone, what ever theyre doing at the time gets canceled?
Such things as actions and menus would be canceled, as an example when you get tackled you would instantly:
- Be taken out of the clothing store/Garage/PNC menu.
- Be taken out of the inventory/Boot/container UI.
- Stopped from zipping/cuffing.
- Weapon gets ''unequipped''.
- ''Picking up'' cones/gazebo/boxes is canceled.
- Any ''progress bars'' gets canceled.
- If you are escorting someone in cuffs/zipties you lose your grip.

The possibilities are endless!
I Feel like this gives a purpose to the ability beyond just stopping someone in their tracks.

From a Police POV, when holding a cordon without a doubt someone tries to steal a cone or something. However you beanbag or taser them and they manage to take it while on the floor.

This definitely has its place.

- Weapon gets ''unequipped''
i would say if possible it should be dependent on the firearm

2 handed? sure
1 handed add a percentage possibility to it, so not everytime you unequip, but sometimes you do

Would be interesting if there was a possibility of the weapon firing as well.
