Please (in detail) describe the incident: Well, I attempted to do a traffic stop on a disqualified driver that we were looking due to the ANPR hits. I showed no aggression towards Ronald Trapp and got met with a 'Today is not the day'. I posed no immediate threat towards him, I didn’t even have a tazer in hand to avoid escalation. He swings around and slashes me, killing me.

Hello @Dante Bit disappointing I didn't get to explain to you the reasoning behind my actions not sure if your still up for QE but by the looks of it you don't want to Liason so I'll just leave my side.

Told you it wasn't the day, tried to warn you so you should of expected some kind of violence once apprehended? When we got round the back of ammunition I genuinely thought you either had a pistol or a taser by the emote your character did when talking through the radio as your aware it's the same as when you do have a weapon in hand. I could of explained this simply in a Liason or if you didn't deem your character dead we couldn't found the reason behind it.

Pretty sure this report is over 24hrs old not 100% but I'm sure there's going reason too it.

Would be nice to know the reason why you hit the panic at the end while being stabbed not sure if that's a fed thing or not but.

Every day as a player, I try to make scenarios for people. You were a disqualified driver, Dante as a traffic cop tried to enforce TRAFFIC laws. Was met with a deadly and somewhat unjustified action by you.

Should I maybe request ARVs for every situation? Or should I approach every traffic stop with a gun in hand? Should I instantly taze every person who makes off on foot from me? Surely that wouldn’t be appropriate.

I hit the panic as soon I got stabbed the first time not as I went down. Check again, please.

What would happen if I had shot you because I was in a bad mood? Surely I’d either be banned or find myself on player report or a forum post about how the police just want combat.

It is somewhat saddening that you point the 2/3H overdue on the report and don’t instead justify your actions to a better degree (in my opinion(.

Hit the panic when you got stabbed, you can see that from your POV!

This was entirely an IC point, if my character is having a bad day he can't go around and shoot/stab people just for the sake of it.

I don't see how attempting a traffic stop is fucking around. Not even one threat was made towards me. You said one setence. One sentence only before you pretty much RDMd me.



I believe we won't achieve much through me responding to all the other points as we clearly don't share the same mindset about roleplay.

Hello @Dante and @Ronniie

Upon reviewing the report it's evident that Dante attempted to pull over Ronnie who is a disqualified driver. Ronnie, who is wearing gang clothing, responded with "Today is not the day" which can be reasonably interpreted as either a threat or intent to escalate. Dante acknowledged this by requesting backup and quoting what Ronnie said.

After a short pursuit Ronnie was knocked off their bike and a foot chase started with the officer providing comms the entire time. After the Dante gets close to Ronniie they were stabbed resulting in them getting incapacitated.

A member of staff watched this situation unfold and mentioned the roleplay provided by Ronniie after the arrest and post assault was of good quality.

A few considerations:

• Ronniie was wearing gang attire and did indicate potential aggression.
• Dante acknowledged this by requesting backup and quoting what Ronnie said.
• Ronniie mentioned in the report "When we got round the back of ammunition I genuinely thought you either had a pistol or a taser by the emote your character did when talking through the radio as your aware it's the same as when you do have a weapon in hand. " which seems like an honest mistake but it's not something that we can ignore. @Ronniie A member of staff witnessing the roleplay post arrest did help you here.

Thank you for the report @Dante . Given the context this situation isn't RDM as they was some implied threat and hostilities towards the Police. In regards to low quality roleplay after some deliberations with a few other staff it wouldn't fall under this.
