Why do you think you were banned: On the 5th Dec I was banned for G3.1.

Hustlers and Marabunta at this time was beefing and marabunta asked us to a meeting which was going to be set up with the Firm as middle men , the plan was to have all Hustler members and Marabunta members in the meeting which never happens between 2 gangs and would've been good to be apart of but at that time Marabunta could only bring a few members to the meeting which resulted in the Firm saying only higher ups would be allowed in the meeting which I found annoying as we had been waiting for a long time for both party's to be ready and I was honestly looking forward to being part of it.

This is where the meta gaming is involved and a stream was opened in the discord which I decided to watch on my own accord. While I was watching this stream I had the group chat open in game and I started typing what I was saying not thinking about what I was actually doing and as I said in my reply to the report that this information I typed was already known I was just reiterating a known fact but however afterwards I realised I made a mistake and that what I done would be a form of meta gaming.
Why should we unban you: Firstly, I want to apologize for being back here and thank the staff member taking this appeal.

I want to make it clear that I had no part in the deleting or removing any evidences after the report was posted. That decision was made completely by the person who posted the clip. I never asked for anything to be taken down, and I understand how that could’ve made things look worse. I’ve always owned up to my mistakes as can been seen by my response to the report.

Since the ban, I’ve had time to go over my actions that day. I’m genuinely disappointed at my self for what I did that night , I am also sorry to everyone involved in the situation, While the messages I sent didn’t affect the outcome of the meeting or influence anyone involved, I now fully understand how even a small action like that can effect roleplay and give an unfair advantage and that's why the rule exists in he first place to protect the natural roleplay experience for everyone and make sure its fair for all party's.

I Can say that I've learned from this mistake and I am truly sorry for breaking this rule and that if I was given another chance to play the server I will take extra steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again such as muting or deafening myself in Discord while in game or avoiding discord entirely when I am on the server.

Hello @Jessie Bennett all as been good just the heat is getting a bit much, how about you?

I would say trust me but I have broke that between staff on my previous unban and I don’t expect trust to be restored instantly that why I would like to show you that I’ve genuinely learned from this mistake instead and willing to put in the effort to try and rebuild that trust again.

This is the start of me trying to rebuild that trust back by being completely honest about breaking the rule and then from here on keep completely focused on roleplay and make it enjoyable for everyone who I interact with and strictly follow all the rules.

Please explain what was happening in rp leading up to this situation,

So from what I can remember it began from marabunta members robbing us and a little after turned into a fight in the hills, one of our members got a photo of one of them so we went and grabbed one of them and asked them to return our stuff, this is where the first meeting happened and mara said no and it turned into one of them shooting us and fight broke out and after a few days of back and forth fighting mara asked for a meeting which the firm was involved.

what was the group chat being used for

it wasn't really being used at the time if I remember correctly because we was all stood close by , I believe all what was said, was what I put "she said it" or "it was her who said it"

what was happening around you

Not much was happening while the higher ups was in side the rest or hustler/marabunta members was in their on groups in a circle chatting waiting on the meeting to end even a few hustler taunting the marabunta members.
