Why do you think you were banned: hi i know it might be a bit strange but i really don't know why have been banned. I know that Ban PEGI means under age but i don't understand since i am 20 years old.
Why should we unban you: im very sorry for what i have done but i dont know what i have done. If its to do with my age then am really confused since i am of age.

Good news!

The ban that was preventing you from connecting, was due to a PEGI ban applied to another player in your household.
The ban would have automatically affected your IP address, but I am happy to say this is no longer the case as I have amended this!
