Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for metagaming as it came to a staffs attention that i was streaming in a discord with fellow members i was fighting with unmuted
Why should we unban you: Hello, Thank you to whatever staff deals with my unban

I would firstly like to add that I'm disappointed in myself to even see myself on this side on the forums and a serious lapse of judgement. I feel like i should be unbanned as i would like to be given a second chance to show the level of roleplay i can provide and to build the trust that was broken with the Bans.

So to start with the Ban reason. There was absolutely no intention to even think about metagaming to give the unfair advantage i know with my FBS it doesn't look the best especially leading up to the G3.1 Ban. So going back to the scenario that got me banned Traids and Police had been fighting recently and was looking for one of the police they then started to chase us that lead to the first shot being took and triads then setting up. During the fight which led to all triads being downed after a lengthy fight during the fight there was absolutely no OOC information that got given as i had 1 monitor at the time due to moving room and my mic isn't the best and can hear background noises such as YouTube in the background whilst speaking so would be able to hear the discord channel but with the evidence that's been gathered i believe its very valid and can see that i would look bad and therefore reason for the ban.

I would appreciate the second chance as i have made really good friends on RPUK and love the community

The list containing name changes, OOC abuse, loitering is 100% not the best of looks i will admit

moving onto the "cheats" that i use the only thing that has been used in my time playing fivem is Reshade. NVE, and crosshair x. Not once have i even considered getting cheats for Fivem as it would make it unfun for me. Im sure there has been some thing been brought up as its quite a malicious accusation whatever evidance there is regarding me "cheating" im happy to make a comment on and/or clear my name

Yeah i totally understand what it looks like from a staff pov and I can promise that i have never considered to use cheats nor will i ever use them. As i said above i feel it will make the game unfun for me. But for others too

I'm glad to have cleared the cheating claim. With regards to how i think this appeal should play out it isn't really my choice and i know i have a very colourful history but i'm hoping for the door to be opened as i dont want the door to RPUK to be closed as ive enjoyed playing RPUK and will always do as im playing it as the community is absolutely amazing and would like to stay apart of it. Before i got banned i was coming close applying for g6 to further my RP and explore more factions and also working towards getting my license back on my crim character

If the choice was mine i would put myself on a very tight leash regarding my recent ban history with next ban being 3-6 month cooldown as i fully believe i can rebuild trust that was broken due to my ban and hope this is the outcome
