Why should we unban you: Hi,

Apologies for my previous appeal, I struggle to write and sound formal so I asked chatgpt to make my appeal sound more formal lol, but a lot of it was my own words, I'll take the bits out of my prompt:

Rule C2.3:
I know this rule is important, I didn't see it on the ban reason before my first appeal.

I've only broken this rule once to my knowledge (Which I apologise for, it was heat of the moment) and haven’t done it since. If there's evidence of me doing it another time, I genuinely haven’t seen it and would not of been on purpose.

I will 100% not break this rule again in the future.

Rule C1.2:
me and my friend are in an ongoing gang war with hits on our heads (I can provide screenshots).

The players we killed are in the rival gang, and in the clip, you can see they boxed me into an alley, making us believe we were about to be attacked.I believed they were setting me up for an ambush, which is why I opened fire without any roleplay, as I believe my character would of behaved this way in city and my character knew they had weapons in city before this incident occurred.

I do really believe the provided clip excludes all of this context.



I really enjoy roleplaying on this server and have missed it a lot since being banned. I know these rules exist to make the server better and I apologise for breaking them. Please forgive me and don't make me concentrate this hard on writing another appeal :'(

Whilst I appreciate that you believe this is how your character would act, you need to always stay within the confines of the server rules when making decisions.

The reason this is a permanent ban, is because of the combat logging. Arguably one of the easier rules to not break.

Why did you log out at that time?
 
I was being chased by police and panicked as I had drugs on my character, but (not excusing the combat log) I did come back to city, went back to scene and got cuffed and searched after this

And how can we trust, that this wont happen again?
 
You can trust me because I wouldn't waste my time writing 3 appeals just to become banned again.

I've missed playing on the server and won't break any rules again if allowed back in
 
Due to the nature of your ban and it being a first offence of a new player,I'm willing to extend an olive ranch, but it comes with conditions.

  • any bans within 6 months will put you back on a permanent ban as per FBS
  • any bans for combat logging come with a minimum of 3 months cooldown on appeals
  • You won't be given any more chances because you're a fresh player
