Why do you think you were banned: i was banned due to breaking the rules G3.1, G2.12 and G2.8.
I offered extremely low roleplay on this evening which resulted in my ban, during this time I was very immature of my actions and disrespected the community and the time and effort people put in to the city to make it a safe and enjoyable place for everyone to be in.
Why should we unban you: I’ve taken a lot of time to think and re-consider all my actions and also re-read through my last appeal and my responses back to the staff that I have made.
I wholeheartedly understand and agree why my ban was put into place and believe that the time I’ve had away from the city has made me really look back at how much fun it was before my ban happened.
During my time away I’ve been in other servers and believe that my knowledge from these cities have helped me improve of my actions and my abilities I can bring to RPUK server. Granted, I miss the community and everyone interaction I’ve had at RPUK and I’m also missing the extremely great RP and police roleplay there, I’m utterly disgusted in my behaviour from the night that got me banned as I really have found that I miss this server.
I really do honestly believe if the chance was there that my actions have cleaned up now, that I won’t offer low quality roleplay, meta-gaming or breaking rules of the server to gain/win situations.
Going back to Jesse's last message on my previous appeal, I believe you can trust me to be honest moving forward by giving me the chance to prove this to you. I'm trying to prove honesty by opening up about the situation and how I will move forward to not allow these actions to take place again, but, I need your trust so I can show you that I can move on from this. Granted I have had multiple warnings/kicks for other reasons but every time I have changed my actions and moved forward to not have them happen again. With that, this is why I believe moving on you can trust me to be honest and to show I can be better from this. So please, if there is anything you'd like to ask me I'm happy to explain in as much detail as I can. Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal and take care.

Good afternoon C_Date, I hope you're having a good day and thank you for responding so quickly. I believe that staff can take my word as truth. I honestly believe I will not end up in appeals again as I will not break any rules again and make sure my roleplay is of high standard and bring fun to the community and enjoy the time on there. The rules I believe I have broken throughout my durations on the server are; G1.2 - random death match, low quality or no roleplay. G1.5 - power gaming, forced scenarios where there is little or no roleplay. G2.8 - in-game communications, only to use in game communication and nothing outside. G2.12 - poor quality roleplay, must show/provide quality/high quality roleplay at all times. G3.1 - OOC information, metagaming and using out of game information to influence/win a roleplay scenario. G6 - loitering around emergency buildings These are the rules I believe I have broken whilst I’ve been on this server since 2023, all of these rules I’ve re-read and have shown from my previous issues with the G6 rule I learnt from my errors. I’ve written out the rules and what I believe of the meaning of these rules. I believe power gaming was a rule I broke because of why I was banned, part of metagaming I think is power gaming, allowing yourself the upper hand from others, not prioritizing the roleplay.
 
Afternoon C_Date, I appreciate your time and I do apologise for taking up your time this afternoon. Again I do apologise I must have forgotten about that event, however since my previous ban, I have learnt my lesson and have not repeated any my actions that happened during that time, I learned from it and developed and moved on, since then, just like every human, I have had my faults and regrets, however I have taken responsibility since and really understood why and how what has previously happened, happened. I have no intentions on breaking any rules going on, if given a chance to earn the staff as well as the community's trust, and will put a lot of effort in restoring that trust I have broken from my regrettable and immature actions.
 
You say THAT event. However, I have found multiple counts of combat logging in your history. Some of which were not addressed at the time.

I am going to ask one more time, before i shut down this appeal. Are there any rules, you may've broken, that you should tell me about?

I have looked through my previous bans and also had a think on anything previous I could’ve done.
From having a look and a think I believe the other rules I’ve broken are.
C1.7 - common sense, to use common sense in game which I believe a few times I’ve missed out. C1.10 - trolling, which is similar to common sense, I think on my first day in the server back in 2023 I had done this but since then I’ve never done anything similar. C2.3- Combat Logging while downed or in a roleplay situation in combat, not sure if you can see much more information regarding any times I logged while down, but I came straight back every time, I believe this was back in 2024 - early 2025, when I went down I couldn't speak or use my microphone nor some other general input, this has since been fixed quite a while ago now and there shouldn't be any recent occasions with that issue since resolving it. Back with my ban in 2023, I intentionally combat logged and have since learnt my lesson and have not repeated my actions and avoided repeated events.
G4.4 - not role playing your injuries, I believe this one was back dated to 2024 when I was shot in the head and was speaking fluently in game still, not role playing my injuries and breaking character and saying, “gods won’t be happy” so I’d say also C1.14 - threats to report/disputes/breaking RP in voice, which I also believe is another.
I believe in total these are all the ones I’ve broken which I can remember and by also checking through my previous appeals, if there’s anything else I’m more than happy to respond to.

Having taken some time to think about your general behaviours on the server. What do you think would be a reasonable response to this appeal?
 
Good morning! Please understand that I do really appreciate your time as I understand you are very busy and would much rather do something you actually enjoy and players such as myself who have broken the rules unfortunately take up up a lot of staff and community time which I know can be invested elsewhere. Hope you have been well.

Being the person who has broken the trust of the community and broken very important rules and by doing so blatantly disrespecting the community and taking up staff's time and energy, I cannot really be the judge or jury of the consequences of my own actions, however I do understand that those who were given a chance to appeal with or without a cooldown are being given a chance to redeem and recorrect themselves, and I believe if given that chance to correct and fix my behaviour, I will stick to my word, I personally can only hope that I'd be given another chance to come back to the server, however I know yourself and the staff team reasonably doubt and don't think I will maintain and uphold my end of the deal, this is completely fair and is based off my previous actions, and they most definitely have consequences, and I personally think the only way I can prove that I can be respectful, offer nice and high quality experiences to others and earn the community's trust would be if I were given another chance to prove that I wont just come back and repeat my previous rule breaks, since learning from my previous rule breaks I haven't broken those rules again, with exceptions like loitering however, I admit I have done that far too much and I appreciate the staffs leniency and multiple chances given to me to correct that behaviour, since such rule breaks, I haven't had any of those for a while, I feel I learnt my lesson after the last one and really recorrected that behaviour and realised that behaviour wouldn't slide nor be tolerated and ruined the overall quality of the server by simply adding characters that weren't providing enjoyable roleplay. Based on my previous moderation history, I doubt it looks good on paper to allow me to have once again another chance to come back to the city, but on a personal level, I know what I'm missing out on and I don't want to lose this community, I love the community and what the city has to offer is really amazing, I'm disappointed in myself for messing what I had up, as what I had was a fun amazing community with a great server, ran by exceptional developers and staff, thank you for taking yet again more of your time to read my appeal, and I do apologise for taking up your time with this.

This is where you're incorrect. I am not just curious on how you think this appeal should be resolved. I insist on hearing what YOU think would be a reasonable outcome.
 
Afternoon! I do apologise I must have misunderstood what you were asking, I believe with my stand in the server the staff have been more than reasonable and lenient with myself, I think a reasonable outcome would vary based on how much effort I have put in to try and redeem myself and resolve the situation I have caused, I think a reasonable outcome from my actions that lead myself here would be a conditional unban, some sort of further punishment that would resolve in myself having to start again for example a possible character wipe perhaps, judging from my previous kicks/bans perhaps a final chance, an unban that in the future if banned again, would be unappealable and permanent, I think these actions would be more than kind towards me and more than I deserve for my actions and behaviour in this community, I do believe in second chances, and I understand yourself and the community can agree that I have had enough chances, and with that I can only hope for this to result in an unban, and that it would be more than fair and justifiable to not unban me, since previous events, I've taken responsibility for my actions and I've held myself accountable for the many reasons that I am here and understand why I have lost out on this community, it's at my own accord, I think a reasonable outcome would be very conditional if unbanned, and a single chance at that.
 
I am willing to offer you an unban but its conditional, and its harsh. But that's due to how you've answered the questions presented. You're running out of chances to return. So review the conditions below.
  • If banned within the next 6 months, you will land right back on a permanent ban (as per FBS)
  • Any ban received within the next 6 months, comes with a minimum 3 month cooldown
  • Any future metagaming bans are unappealable. That's a one way ticket out of RPUK
