What best describes this incident: NLR
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Larry had beat up my wife in PDM after trying to steal a car, we had caught wind of the CCTV and was on the hunt for him, once we found him interrogated him and he had met his end, fast forward to today hes gone back to pdm stollen another car found my wife once again and beat her with a pipe and uttered the word's, you thought we would forget... after posting some bits on tweedle and not joining myself in QE to discuss this further and get a better understanding i find myself here.

Evening @daddynoxx! Hope you're doing well?

I've done some digging and can confirm this was done by two separate players, of which the first player was not Larry - by chance would you have any evidence of the second situation?

Additionally, with that information, would you still like to continue this report? If so, I will work on informing them both of this.
 
The only guy that was aware of my wife is the guy in the picture which is the same guy in the photo there has been no prior convos between any of his mates and I regarding this. I am assuming larry was the photo taker the guy who posted on tweedle but again the information shouldn't been known

No bother!

Not a lot to really say...... I think the roleplay me and my friends where giving was a hell of a lot better then anything your "gang" put together , Mr Nox seemed to get everything he wanted out of the situation so I have no idea where this report has come from? Spite?

As for the "evidence" its three out of context videos not even showing the main situation.

I refute any accusation of breaking NLR if there is specific questions you'd like to ask based on the video I'd be happy to clear anything up.

The day after we had another crime spree, robbed multiple locations including this mans garage ( he wasn't targeted specifically ) , We where chased pretty aggressively by multiple cars but got away so @flimflam wrote a tweet to antagonise the people that had just previously chased us.

I'd like to note that although of course I do remember robbing the store the previous day my character wouldn't remember that information so I made an effort to "change" my character as to not break the immersion so I wore different clothes and put on a very convincing Australian accent 😁 .

No other characters has the information of Chloe being my wife only you did, this is the bit that confuses me, after you and your boys pill boxxed her and then saying "you thought we would forget" then posting a tweet stating i got your car and your wife...
 
Okay, so - I've reviewed this report, and lets get this wrapped up.

In essence, the evidence presented is insufficient to justify Larry or Richard breaching NLR.

On the 16th, @MrLongSlong was took and subsequently shot in that garage, ultimately resulting in him bleeding on the beach near Inseno Road. From what has been outlined here, the following day, Larry posted that image on Tweedle with Richard in the background.

Based on all the evidence and what has been discussed here, I am unable to hold @MrLongSlong accountable for violating NLR. Many eventualities could have occurred here leading up to Chloe becoming incapacitated - which isn't clearly displayed by evidence.

@daddynoxx, If you believe a breach of NLR has occurred in the future, we strongly encourage you provide evidence that would clearly substantiate that claim. In this case, I am unable to ascertain whether "you thought we would forget" was actually said, and additionally, whether this was a continuance from the RP situation to where Richard bled out - which if this and the actual situation was displayed, would be a breach of G4.3.

This report hasn't met that threshold for NLR, and as such, I will be denying this report.

Report Denied.

Although this report has not been accepted, please don't let this be a deterrent for raising future reports.
