Very unsure of the actual time where this happened, was not paying attention to the time whatshowever.
Last night, the group that we IC tend to just refer to as "Duncan's lot" had been causing some issues for a while. They stabbed one of our officers and punched some officers at Pillbox out of nowhere. At one point, they kidnapped one of our G6 officers, we managed to track the vehicle down and ended up disabling it and getting Barry (driver of the vehicle) in cuffs.
After this, a vehicle that had repeatedly been ramming us throughout, ended up doing this again. He ended up getting shot. I took him out of his car and put him in the back of my G6 service vehicle, to avoid someone hopping in his car and driving off with him.
After this, I went and secured the G6 officer, getting him out of zipties. I then went back to 451, where I attempted to do medical RP with him.
This started off very difficult, as 451 didn't respond to anything. Thinking he might just not be paying attention, I pinged him in /ooc. Admittedly, I was a bit annoyed from the start due to "Duncan's lot", now, for the third time tonight, causing issues, hence my OOC/LOOC usage may come across a bit annoyed.

After pinging him in ooc, the only /me I got was "shot dead", no GSW to where, no lack of pulse when checked. I understand that he was dead, and as a result, wasn't speaking, but I would've still at least liked to have some RP where my character could realise what has happened.
After just accepting I wasn't going to get any medical RP, I decided to 'search him for an ID card', so that we could inform police of who had deceased so they could inform next of kin. He did not have one on me, and my /me Do I find anything? did not result in anything.
I was annoyed with this, but thought "Whatever" and let it be.
Then comes the weirdest part, police roll up, I inform the officer that in my "not so professional opinion", he seems to be dead. I can't get any pulse, any reaction of any form, and he's taken a few shots to the head (Whilst the player did not decide this, I decided to fill it in based on his 'shot dead' comment).
I believe this might be a breach of (G1.5) Powergaming, whilst he didn't do anything to 'guarantee a win', first making your character out to be dead, just to then resurrect him from the dead when the situation suits you, feels very 'gamey' to me. Another rule may apply here better, such as (G2.12) Poor Quality Roleplay
Then magically, he starts to make noise again, and starts to communicate with the officer. At this point, I call this out in /looc as being a bit weird, upon which I get a message in /looc to calm down and just ask for QE after, which I did.
451 did respond in ooc that he was willing to hop in QE after, and I have later been informed that there was a message sent by him, after relogging, of "We still going QE?", with someone else informing us in /ooc that their ID had changed. Sadly, I missed this message.
I am still happy to go to QE, as I am very interested in knowing why this person refused to RP with G6, but was very willing to RP with police, even resurrecting his character from the dead to be able to do it.
