Ban Reason: it was due to combat logging with an incident from the police which resulted in a police chase and further being stopped and arresested during the time we were being escorted to the police station i left the server resulting in breaking the rule regrading combat logging
Why do you think you were banned: it was due to combat logging with incident with police text box above details situation
Why should we unban you: since my last request i have realised i hadnt put as much effort as what i should have as this is a very serious roleplaying server and realising the rule that has been broken (combat logging) the reason this rule was broken is it was one evening before i was about to fly out and i had been driving back to my apartment and i had seen a person run from the police and i decided to pick him up to help him get away from the police i hadnt realised this was a horrible mistake as it had led to us getting pulled over and during this time i wasnt too pleased as i was just trying to get home and fly out and we had been arreseted by the police which had made me angry and during the time we were being escorted back to the police station i decided to fly out as it was getting extremely late and i was quite made about the situation that had unfolded since serving my ban and realising the absensce of such a well set up server and how serious it can be taken i would like to apologise for breaking this rule and will make a promise to never break this rule or any other rules that are in place i was very stupid in making this mistake as i had spent such a long time on the server just for me to make a mistake and writing this is my only chance at getting back and i wouldnt want to miss out on the oppertunity

If you were wanting to log out, why detour to an ongoing situation that you weren't initially apart of? Surely if you were really wanting to log off you would've just driven past and not helped the person no?

(on the way back home i seen someone running from police and picked them up)

the police chase was on my route back to apartment and to be honest i wanted to help as i thought it was someone that i had known which it wasnt and i was mistaken but by this time he was already on my bike and we were moving and either way i was going to be stopped and checked so i done my best to escape and we crashed and then i was stopped and being escorted by police they were talking to us in the car it was then i logged off

i was just trying to get home and fly out and we had been arreseted by the police which had made me angry and during the time we were being escorted back to the police station i decided to fly out as it was getting extremely late and i was quite made about the situation that had unfolded

So you initially log out, keep in mind you hadn't at this point spoken to the officers just remained silent, you didn't make it known in LOOC that it was late and you wanted to get off.

If it were so late for you and you wanted to log off why did you then log back in and then when found by the officer you decided to log back out again?

So you initially log out, keep in mind you hadn't at this point spoken to the officers just remained silent, you didn't make it known in LOOC that it was late and you wanted to get off.

If it were so late for you and you wanted to log off why did you then log back in and then when found by the officer you decided to log back out again?

During the time that I had logged off I had explained the situation to a few friends who were quite familiar with role-play servers in general and how rules and stuff work so I explained the situation as I have to yourself and they explained what I had done was combat logging,after I was told this I had logged on in concern.once I was on and was at the police station I had attempted to get out then I heard a voice and it got closer and from my eyes I couldn’t see anyone around but the voice was getting closer I later read that I was approached by an officer which I now know I was but at the time I wasn’t fully aware it was an officer as I couldn’t see them from my eyes I had left due to thinking there was an issue with my fivem then later I had tried again as I couldn’t sleep as I was worried about getting a ban

Secondly I hadn’t spoke in LOOC as I was angry due to being pulled over and angry at the whole situation that’s the reason I hadn’t spoke

Yes this is the truth the reason I hadn’t logged back in or didn’t bother to log back in was due to the fact this issue that I have doesn’t always go away after I log back in sometimes it takes about 3 or 4 tries to finally get my game to fully work sometimes and by this time it was even later than expected so I didn’t bother to sign back in I know this all sounds extremely suspicious trust me writing it even sounds it but this is the honest truth I doesn’t seem like it but when I done all this I wasn’t exactly the most mature or aware

From more experience with roleplaying servers after being banned from RPUK from playing those servers I have learned how to react to certain situations and make sure I don’t make the same mistake I made. I wouldn’t get angry due to the fact that I would just calm my self down and I have disciplined my self to be 10times better in situations like so and I enjoyed playing RPUK while I wasn’t banned but since being banned I realised my mistakes that were made and I have made a effort to change my anger to a bare minimum when I am playing RP

Could you explain in your own words the rule C2.3 and why we have it in place?

What would be your plans if you were to come back to RPUK? Would you continue with your current character? Make a new one?

With what you combat logged with, if you were to be unbanned it would come with a inventory wipe, would you agree to this?

I would definitely be trying to find my grips to start of with as I haven’t been the server my plans before was I was in a gang so idk if I’ll go back or not but if I plan to make a new character he will be a normal person no criminal act

Your items have been taken from your character as you would've lost them due to being processed by the police.

Any ban from 02/09/2025 to the 02/03/2026 will land you back onto a permanent ban as per the fair ban system (FBS).
