Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were selling at a hotzone at Cypress, when Ballas seem to approach and instantly try to demand tax off of multiple people, targeting mostly gangs and in my opinion looking for a reaction.

Ballas then decided to drive past multiple PSK members saying the words 'PSK are victims' clearly trying to bait some sort of reaction.

I was then approached myself by Omar Farrell from Ballas asking me for tax. I explained that i was not paying tax on a different gangs turf to Ballas.

After this i stopped selling for a while before i eventually started again around 10 - 20 minutes later where i started to get followed by Omar again, however Omar did not say any words and after a couple minutes of following me decides to shoot me without talking or saying a thing to me.

When we then spoke to Ballas in Pillbox, they explained that they came for us personally as they thought we may had been a fake account 'talking shit' towards them on tweedle. I believe this to be a simple excuse to get a gunfight and Ballas tend to be playing the roleplay server like a 100k or die. or rather a pay your tax or die. I did not show any threat and was not aggressive to warrant this reaction.

Personally i believe the clips simply speak for themselves. I also asked Ballas to QE but was ultimately ignored.

I would also like to comment on this report about baiting. You can clearly see Wayne in a bright breen NEO trying to bait PSK or start somthing between us and then proceed to slate me on Tweedle. This seems like another very poor attempt to get a reaction from people though very poor RP. We have seen this happen far to often with them and it is getting a joke now tbh. There are so many avenues of RP that can be played here and it just seems to be the same poor RP standards happening to bait a gun fight and I agree with the above it feels very much like a 100k or die server when dealing with them.

Since its early I'll just get straight to the point. Most of the information in this report is heavily twisted from what I've seen tbh.

From a taxing hotzone perspective, I personally have never stopped taxing hotzones whenever I show up to one and don't sell (yes that's not like before where all of them would get taxed by all of ballas, but I still continued to tax everyone at a hotzone even though I'm not on it all of the time). You also say we are targeting gangs and looking for a reaction, how have you come to believe this? In one of your clips you are talking to a random guy in a grey trench coat and he got taxed. I went up to 80% of the people in that hotzone asking for tax, the only ones I let off were mara because we were chatting to them and I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they are on a recent rebuild.

At the start of the interaction with yourself, I drove up attempting to speak to you about 5 times to where you kept driving off. Hence why when you told me you weren't selling anymore, I told you that I was trying to tax you while you were still selling. I gave you the benefit of the doubt and let you go.

After this i stopped selling for a while before i eventually started again around 10 - 20 minutes later where i started to get followed by Omar again, however Omar did not say any words and after a couple minutes of following me decides to shoot me without talking or saying a thing to me.

After seeing you sat on the side of the road not selling, I was contempt with that. But once you started selling again I asked you for tax, to which you told me that you're not paying tax. A few sentences were exchanged after that resulting in me telling you that you know how this goes, that it was your choice, and if that's how you want it to be.

Might I also add why you cut out the rest of the interactions that we had? This is due to your RDM claim to where you cut the rest of our conversation that we had just before that happened. It seems as if you are attempting to pick and choose what information you want to show to paint a different picture as to what happened. To add onto this, I don't appreciate comments within rp such as "is this 100k or die blud".

Moving back onto the "decides to shoot me without talking or saying a thing to me". Every time I drove up to you I attempted to talk to you (again about 5-10 times). I was also shouting so I am unsure as to why you didn't hear anything. I told the rest of the Ballas over radio that you kept driving off when I was speaking to you and we thought that you were doing it on purpose. So that resulted in you getting shot by another individual off on the side. You can also hear an instance of where you hear me attempting to communicate with you in your 3rd clip at 1:19.

I also asked Ballas to QE but was ultimately ignored.

I don't believe anyone actually saw this in ooc as it was clogged by other messages, maybe next time try ask again or chuck an @ in there so that it's highlighted.

As for this, do you actually know any of the context or were you just trying to only select certain information again...

I don't like Ramsay as an individual in RP, I get along with most of the Grove members and even hung out with them earlier that morning to where I brought up my issues with Ramsay mainly. You can see my reply to his post saying "Calm the ego". Did I want a gunfight out of something like that, no. After I posted that I went down to Grove turf chatting to a few members and told them "it's not towards Grove as a gang, I just don't like Ramsay. And he shouldn't be getting an ego over beating a new gang that are trying to make a name for themselves, I have respect for them".

As for the rest of the posts, there was an account on tweedle pretending to be a Grove member trying to get a reaction. To where you see posts such as "Ramsay get these pussys in line before we make it 14-0". We then thought to ourselves that the account had to have been fake and were told it was a PSK member controlling said account.

For the helping feds post. Ramsay was seen ramming someone that was getting chased by police causing him to fall over, allowing them to place the individual in cuffs.

To conclude this, even from your clips I can be seen approaching Barry countless times and he keeps driving off, refuses to pay tax, continuously says there is going to be a fight, PSK set up on roofs telling each other over radio that they want to shoot, the propaganda account stops on tweedle as soon as Ballas show up to the hotzone + someone telling us that it was a PSK member running that account.

And for Ramsay, there was a propaganda account pretending to be a Grove member...

Ballas have made it clear that they have taken control over the new drug scene. Why is that considered baiting? It doesn't have to be the same rp and rules within rp all of the time, dynamics change. And when spoken about ooc with staff and other members of the community when it was first introduced, it was posed as a new dynamic within rp, to where we are the top dogs and we are controlling it because we are a gang after all. We never expected it to last this long and hope that other gangs will hopefully create more rp around it as well, in regards to setting up deals or trying to take control off of us.

I would like to add a question from a PSK perspective - do you really think shooting someone for not paying tax is the best roleplay you can provide? If that is the case then that is incredibly poor and speaks for itself. I think half of the city can step up and say that Ballas bait gunfights, and this being a perfect example: Rolling up to a hotzone in war cars, picking out new gangs to tax (barely two weeks old) and then shooting them infront of multiple other members of that gang - what did you expect was going to happen? I seriously cant believe you dont see this as baiting at all.

Like I mentioned above, I tried to speak to Barry multiple times before he was shot. If he had actually answered and we could have had a conversation, but instead there was no communication and he was just driving off ignoring any rp that was sent his way.

And even though this is a new gang, the members of the gang aren't new. They know how all of this works and that Ballas tax hotzones.

When we went down to the hotzone we were all in our daily cars icl, some people even on bikes. So to say that we were ready for a fight and baited it doesn't really make sense. With this some people even logged off when we went down to the hotzone because it was late and we didn't expect anything to happen just like any other night.

How can you say that we baited a gunfight when it was fully Barry's decision to refuse tax even after giving him the benefit of the doubt, ignoring me multiple times, then continued selling after warning him prior to him getting shot (to which PSK members just laughed when being warned to leave). I initially wanted to try and talk to Barry again when trying to pull him over, giving him one last chance, and to then possibly hands him. But from my POV he was just ignoring me causing it to escalate further.

What is the issue with this? Yes there were other members of PSK around. But why would I just leave Barry to sell after refusing and ignoring me? I don't think there's any problem in being hostile while someone in a gang when their other members are around.

Would it not be classed as baiting from Barry when refusing to pay tax then to openly sell in front of us time and time again.

I don't really understand why both you and Barry in this report like to pick and choose what information you are giving. I didn't just choose PSK to tax, I taxed everyone there (apart from mara).

You were given plenty of warnings to leave. I really don't understand why you continued to sell after refusing tax if you didn't want it to end in some sort of hostility tbh. Instead you continued to sell, again I tried to talk it out but it was ignored.

I would also like to highlight clip 2. More to do with the conversation on the radio. You can hear someone saying "I just want to shoot now" (0:22), after saying that on PSK radio Deshawn replies "well Ballas said did you pay tax mate". Once hearing that someone else over the radio goes "yes here we go!" (0:55).

I seems that starting a gunfight was your objective from the beginning. And I feel as if the report got chucked up because you lost the situation tbh.

I certainly wouldn't shoot them straight. I'd keep the roleplay as entertaining from both sides as possible. I would take the member hostage and take him somewhere to discuss the topic in further detail, rather than shooting him and leaving it there.

I'll be honest mate it was Barry's decision to refuse tax, but in your eyes (or at least some of your gang members eyes) that warrants a bullet. Theres so many other ways you lot could have approached it, and you picked the least entertaining one. At the end of the day no one is here for the "100k or die" that has been brought up here, and it seems very much like what this situation is. As you say - Barry has chosen to ignore you, but even if he didnt ignore you what roleplay would you have provided? Would it have been better than a gunshot for refusing to pay tax? Would it have been entertaining for all parties present? I doubt it.

As for this comment, I cant speak for Barry but I'm certainly not "picking and choosing" , I'm highlighting the fact that you ignore mara because "they're on a rebuild" or whatever, but you come for a gang that has even less numbers and has absolutely no beef with ballas whatsoever. It makes more sense to tax mara if you ask me. If you look at the gang scene currently, would you say it is exciting? When was the last time you drove by a turf and people are stood there interacting with each other in full colours? I certainly havent seen ballas do it in a while. It ALMOST seems as though ballas only come around to cause mayhem and ego people, which is really not what the server needs.

I very much thing ballas would roll down in a convoy killing any grove in sight, once again creating a gunfight. It is no shock to anyone that you guys decide to come around after a couple weeks with big numbers just to try and start another war/fight. It seems to me all you guys care about is a gunfight due to the mass amounts of baiting you do towards not only gangs but also the police.

Personally I would create a roleplay scenario with them rather than shooting them and leaving them on the floor after realizing I’ve fucked up. I would try to get next to them and ‘attempt to grab chain’, ‘taps gang members pockets looking for money’ and further the roleplay story, instead of creating a gunfight.

This statement is just funny to me, how am I trying to bait? I am selling on a gangs turf, that is not yours and waited for all your members to leave before doing so. Just because you all hid in alleyways waiting for someone to do so doesn’t mean I am baiting.

I believe this to be another one of your ways to try and ‘spin’ the report and take the focus off your bad roleplay.

I would check again with that, there was someone setup on the green building roof opposite red carpark decamped from a heli. He was a PSK member wearing a cowboy hat. He was also carrying a rev, so I would say he was very much setup ready for a fight.

I wasn't whispering actually. And a lot of people pay tax straight from the bank rather than in cash. If you want to take it down that road then what you did was combat storing as you knew that I was trying to tax you when you were selling.

Do I really need to keep repeating myself? It seems as if you are simply lying and bending facts to try get the result that you want out of this report. You kept driving away, ignoring me, and there was barely enough time to catch up to you in my car, let alone get out and do some /me's. If you want to keep ignoring someone and running away when they are trying to rp with you then you will evidently not receive any roleplay will you.

As I said, none of the taxing had to do with this and I wasn't aware that was confirmed or said. This information will be used in the future for further talks if you end up rp'ing this time, instead of focusing on selling drugs and running away.

We did a bank a few hours earlier with around 9 people. Then when it came to the hotzone we had 5 still around. I wouldn't exactly say that was big numbers to get into a fight.

You say this, but still to this day Ballas are still known for controlling the drug scene. Just because people take a break from a game doesn't mean we can't come back and lock down on it like we used to. Especially since no one has taken it over in our absence.

You do realise you can refer to things as baiting in roleplay right? Just because there is a rule called 'baiting' doesnt mean i am talking OOC.

This report you have added of robz is also irrelevant as it is a completely different scenario.
