What best describes this incident: (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM)
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was doing a firearms patrol when I ran into a solid phone at MRPD entrance. I got approached by a local red Komoda containing 3 people (afterwards in QE I learnt that they're Ballas). They approach me with some random bollock about not being able to park there which I shut down. Continuing RP with my firearms ridealong, the komoda came back and opened fire after a combined 3 sentences said. In QE Dibs said he isn't aware of any wrongdoings because of ongoing tensions between Ballas and Police. After being told that, even IF the kill was not random, G1.2 also states high quality RP need to be provided he said he is still unaware of any mistake.

Even if I were to entertain this idea, they were blacked out in a local car with no way of me identifying them. The firefight police had with ballas was easily 30+ minutes before this, with processing and prison in the meantime.

As stated in QE I told you that we were in an active situation with police (where shots were fired from both parties) as our guys were just grabbed by police near vespucci about 10 - 15 mins prior as you should of known as they should of been in the cells inside pd. Also as seen from your clip you were giving alot of attitude for no reason as you stated it is your characters style, as I have seen in many previous reports if you give attitude to gang members who are also in an active situation (ofc I understand we were not in colours but we do not need to do so.) what did you expect to happen you also said at the end of the clip "you have to make sure that people know that they can't just fk about with you all day" I find hard to belive you wouldnt have said that if we were not there so you clearly provoked the situation to get a reaction out of us and you clearly got what you wanted. you let your guard down in an active situation and got caught out idk what I can further add to this.

Lets say it was 30 mins but it did not feel like it on my end as we were busy still actively looking for our members which had been taken by police due to the shootout prior. what makes a situation active? because on my end we were still active. we can leave it there if you want or post another reply and I will get to it when I can.

Hello @qaws thank you for taking the time to write this report.

Upon reviewing the evidence, reading the replies, and doing some digging I'll get this report actioned.
The firefight ended at 22:29 and the kill on @qaws happened at 23:00 meaning 30 minutes had passed since the last active situation with Ballas.

(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM)
Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)

I've highlighted a part of the rule which stands out here "engaging in any form of quality roleplay" would you say your roleplay shown any quality before shooting @qaws?

Interaction:

• You pull up to the gate and say "You can't park there sir it's in the middle of the road"
• To which the officer responds with "Bob the builder mate it isn't a road is it lad?".
• You sigh and drive off. You then return and ask "Do you stand there all day?"
• To which he responds "Is it any of your concern mate?"
• You respond "No im just asking"
• Officer responds with "Exactly mate"
• You say " why are you being rude? there is no need"
• You then shoot him and flee the scene.

Very few words spoken and whilst you perceived the officer as rude at no point did the Police escalate it and you decided to return and continue to ask questions to the officer. At no point did you show any hostilities or lead up to the shooting, just a few exchanges and a shot to the officer.

Now you've stated it was an active situation but the firefight concluded 30 minutes prior and those involved either respawned or was booked into prison, safe to assume that situation has now ended. Nothing wrong in letting the heat die down, getting gang members together in an act to get revenge afterwards but this needs to be done with quality roleplay. However the events of a previous situation does not allow you to provide minimal roleplay.

You received a ban late February this year for RDM for providing minimal roleplay before stabbing someone robbing your store, I'd highly suggest reconsidering your approach to roleplay before returning.
