I believe vehicle boosting would be a great addition to the server. Right now, a lot of people feel that crim content is a little dry, and I agree. With residential robberies already approved, adding a boosting Vehicles on top would be good for the crim scene while also creating new RP opportunity's for the server.
How it works:
Players use their 3rd eye to interact with an NPC to request a boosting job. Within 5–10 minutes, they receive a text message with a rough area where the target vehicle is stored and the licence plate number.
Stealing the Vehicle:
Stripping the Vehicle
Creating More RP
Pros
How it works:
Players use their 3rd eye to interact with an NPC to request a boosting job. Within 5–10 minutes, they receive a text message with a rough area where the target vehicle is stored and the licence plate number.
Stealing the Vehicle:
- Once in the area, players must search for and steal the vehicle.
- Driving the car comes with risks: if you pass ANPR or speed cameras, the police receive a dispatch about the stolen vehicle.
- This adds pressure and makes the job more engaging for both crims and cops.
Stripping the Vehicle
- After securing the car, players can bring it to a discreet location to strip it down.
- Parts can be removed one by one: doors, bumpers, hood, trunk, engine, and finally scrapping the shell for a small cash payout.
- This adds depth and more immersion than just dropping off a vehicle.
- To strip down a vehicle requires tools like Hammer, Crow bar, Screwdriver
- Each tool will loose durability per part you take off the vehicle. So if your tool breaks in mid job you have to get a new one
Creating More RP
- Stripped parts would be placed into the player’s inventory or their vehicle trunk if they’re too heavy.
- Players can then sell these parts to mechanic shops like Auto Exotic, Benny’s
- This creates a new layer of RP, as criminals will drive garage to garage offering parts, and mechanics can choose whether to buy or not.
Pros
- Adds fresh crim content to the server.
- Provides new roleplay scenarios between criminals and mechanics.
- Creates more risk/reward with police involvement.
- Would require additional dev work to implement.
