Please (in detail) describe the incident: me and my friend are driving through town we stop at mosleys to look at the cars and a bike starts following us for no reason, they come and chase us with no prior rp we get chased down the motorway until we end up crashing, i fly out the car, try hitting the guy on the bike get stabbed and throw in a car boot forced to die and lose my stuff same thing happens to my friend

I'm ID 339, it's a shame there was no attempt from you to resolve this OOC, as this could've been quickly and easily resolved.

You claim there was no prior RP; This is an outright lie.
Me and the group seen in your clip, had been chasing your friends red flashy car several times tonight (with you in the passenger seat each time), in clear attempts to steal it. On numerous occasions, outside of Ballas Shop, at Grove Street, we chased after you, demanding the vehicle being handed over to us. You fled the same route this time as you did the last, hence why you knew the bike would not be quick enough, as that's how you escaped last.

Regardless of this; You are the first person to start attacking by kicking me off my bike, hence why you've been attacked yourself.
Your friend decided to go AFK, and after trying to roleplay with him for a while, attempting to reach out in LOOC to no avail, he was left in the quarry in a shallow grave.

Regarding the boot; you appear to have ended up in the wrong vehicle as a result of a bug. We were quite surprised to realize you weren't in the car boot upon reaching the quarry, but couldn't find you when retracing our steps back to the city.


As this report is against a member of staff, it will have to be dealt with by a Staff Lead (even though I didn't have anything to do with you in particular; just your friend)

i was only reporting on this situation because its the only one i got evidence for to be honest trying to rob a car for no reason randomly is still bad rp no matter how many times you wish to try it you didnt do anything other than try to take the car from 2 people who have no idea who you are you have said nothing to except i want car if i had proof of the other situations i would have spoke on them too frankly as a staff member you should know to rp better and its a little disapointing to see this from someone in a high place all this is doesnt matter if you had just rp'd a little but from our point of view every time you saw this red car you just went after us with no reason what so ever just wanting the car is not a good reason
 
we also did not attack first you hit the car with a crowbar and rammed it multiple times those were the first attacks
 
You believing something isn't a valid reason, doesn't make it so...

My character wanted to steal your car, there doesn't need to be an extensive roleplay story "build-up", to justify a simple car theft scenario.


But.. You've now admitted to there being multiple attempts from us to steal this car - why does the initial report state there was no prior RP?

because the prior rp was nothing you chased a car for no reason you tried to steal a car for no reason there was not a single reason for anything you did you just wanted the car but thats awful rp
 
I'm not going back-and-forth with you in this report - For reference, I'm not the person who kills you in this scenario, nor am I the one who placed you in a car's boot.

I'm the playing person you kicked off their bike - my attention was entirely focused on the driver; the person I RP with, and eventually incapacitate and kidnap.
 
In both situations there was no prior RP no conversation no reason other than your friend wanted to rob the car. The first instance was out side the shop near ballers where I was stood watching the cops look at the crashed helicopter and your friend just walked up to my car and started to Lockpick it which I said " what are you doing " and proceeded to get in the car and leave the area. you both started chasing and trying to ram me while saying "give us the car". I lost you and about 2 hours passed before the second instance which is in the recording above, once again no RP nothing was said I was just driving around and near pill box your friend rammed me and repeated to do so while only saying "stop the car". To be honest i wouldn't of minded the scene and played out it would of been fun but there was just no justified reason.

Respectfully, you talk about RP and RP standards, yet you are the one who provided none - and to make things worse, went AFK in the middle of the robbery, missing the entire roleplay that was being had, both by the car and in the quarry where you were questioned and tortured, and eventually left for dead as you did not speak.

Similarly how the police can TC a vehicle after a lengthy pursuit, we had been trying to steal this car for over an hour with multiple attempts at taking it. This context to the scenario, means the actions taken against you were not at random, as such there's in my mind no case for an RDM claim.

Again, I'm not the person killing MacMerks, nor the one placing you in a car's boot - so I'm assuming the Poor Quality Roleplay accusation goes towards those who did?

The poor quality roleplay accusation goes towards you all, judging by how the rules are written, i would say this falls under breaking it perfectly "You must provide quality roleplay at all times taking into account every players direct and indirect experience. The following list of examples include but are not limited to; "Hands Hands Hands" and "Hands up or die" as a first interaction with a player are not acceptable standards of roleplay." the first thing you said to us at any point in both chases was in fact get out the car which i would say is the same as hands hands hands there was nothing else just get out of the car, as for the rdm that might be a stretch but once again from my point of view 3 random guys i havent spoke too because theyve said nothing want to kill me and my friend and then rob us for no rp reason seems pretty random to me

You've already lied about there being no context, only to admit there was when called out on this.

"Get out of the car" was neither the first nor the only thing said in the multiple interactions with you.

I'm not going to comment any further on this topic, to avoid having pages of back-and-forth to read for whomever deals with the report.
