Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hello staff,

So I chased a man from outside MRPS as it was said on radio he had a mele weapon in hand.

That situation was dealt with. then player 230 stole a vehicle and rammed into multiple officers (RVDM) I didn't think much of it as I assumed he was part of the same group.
I started providing medical as he was showing signs of life, although I soon found out he wasn't actually part of the group, but as I started medical RP and Arrest procedures I decided to continue the RP.
However When we got to pillbox he refused repeatedly to check into the ward (as you know I can't force him into the ward or bed) but since he was completely responsive and talking to me I didn't understand why he wouldn't just check in and continue the RP.
He then held E to give up and it became clear to me he waited purposely to hold E therefore I am reporting for Low Quality Roleplay also.


Also please ignore me having no clue and struggling how to unlock an elevator haha.

I must contest the ‘VRDM’ as I’d been extensively roleplaying throughout the night with multiple officers so to steal a car in front of them and run through a crowd of them after they’ve pointed tasers and pistols at me I think I’m well within my rights as a criminal to make an attempt at a getaway. I’ll let the poor quality rp slide as yeah it could be better but it could be worse. Each to their own I say. I guess it’s not too far fetched to believe someone who’s been shot by officers could suddenly flatline immediately without warning. Not like a criminal would go without a fight and refuse medical attention as I once again refer back to my previous statements. I had been extensively roleplaying a criminal who had ‘voices in his head’ and refused medical attention before. My character is a deep dive into a person of mental illness and if he wants to refuse medical attention then I don’t see the problem? Maybe if that’s the case we could programme in restraints and forced medical help where the suspect is subdued and forced to be put into a bed? One for the staff and devs to ponder their brains over and maybe start a look into how something like that could be introduced?

I had not dealt with you at all, nor had I even heard of you or was informed at all about who you were, either way you were not involved in the situation that you decided to ram a car into multiple people therefore it is VRDM, weather you were attempting to bait police or not all night is irrelevant in my case this situation is clear cut and blatant in G1.1 VRDM "Using your vehicle as a weapon (Running players over, causing explosions, ramming player vehicles) without a valid roleplay reason is considered RVDM." in this scenario you did not have a valid roleplay reason to run multiple people over at an RP sit that did not concern you in the slightest.

As for G2.12 Poor quality Roleplay "You must provide quality roleplay at all times taking into account every players direct and indirect experience. The following list of examples include but are not limited to; "Hands Hands Hands" and "Hands up or die" as a first interaction with a player are not acceptable standards of roleplay. Downing a player that refuses to say a specific phrase in order to identify them is considered poor quality roleplay. Be original. Not providing medical roleplay at any stage during a situation where your intentions are to revive them. Attempting to avoid the aftermath of a situation where you are downed by using /me dead or /me no pulse or similar. You will be judged by the staff team on a case by case basis and the rule will follow the Fair Ban System unless in extreme/repeated cases." yes I agree you were shot and had a right to bleed out and die as a result of your injuries, HOWEVER you were completely responsive, and verbal the entire time I had you with me, due to you being shot I had no choice to take you to pillbox to have you check in as there were not any NHS on duty, you refused to check in or lie in the bed to receive the medical attention require to get you back on your feet, you did no "/me's" to indicate to me that I should maybe declare you deceased or place you in the morgue, instead you stalled the medical attention knowing your timer was going down and you held E (bled out) as soon as the opportunity presented itself.

I even called you to QE in which I waited for 10 minutes for you not to show up.
