Please (in detail) describe the incident: Our group was at Orangefield gathering oranges when we received a GPS ping in our groupie — which usually signals that someone is in trouble. That was quickly confirmed in the groupie, so we headed out. At first we thought it was PSK (since there had been a beef the night before that we thought had been settled), but it turned out to be Vagos.

One of the others had a Vagos member (Player 235) downed at Sandy Pillbox. At that point, he had already been revived once, but when asked to put his hands up he refused, was downed again, and then refused to get back into bed.

After the situation settled somewhat and we felt safe, I went over and attempted medical RP with Player 235. He gave no response. I initially assumed he was in his head, so I came back multiple times during the scene and tried again — but still no response. Eventually I figured maybe he was RP’ing being dead or waiting to bleed out. Either way, I didn’t consider it a huge issue at first, aside from the frustration of waiting out the bleed timer.

What raised concerns is that as soon as his group started roaming back into the area, he suddenly “magically” decided to get back into bed. Multiple members of our group, myself included, attempted to RP with him again — and again, we received no response.

We gave him the benefit of the doubt for quite a while, thinking maybe something was going on IRL or in his head. But we stayed around for an additional 15 minutes after he got back into bed to see if he would head-pop due to AFK. That never happened, which means he was active in game and would have had to interact with the server to avoid being kicked. Despite that, he still chose not to engage with any of the RP we offered

Player 235 repeatedly refused to respond to multiple attempts at RP.

His decision to suddenly get back into bed only once his group was back in the area made the situation feel forced and OOC-motivated rather than natural roleplay.

This kind of non-engagement wastes everyone’s time and undermines the quality of the scene for all players involved.

From my perspective, this situation amounted to poor quality roleplay. We gave Player 235 multiple chances to engage, offered medical RP, reached out in-game and OOC, and waited beyond what was reasonable — but he chose not to participate.

Clip 1 is just the situation leading up to us arriving at pillbox Sandy

Clip 2: At about 3:50 I attemp Medical RP, at 6:15 I try again, at 9:40 we try again.

Clip 3: in the beginning you hear that TFA have spottet vagos in the area. At 0:20 I go back to player 235 at ask him to get into bed. At 5:20 I go back and ask again if he is awake, still no answer. At 7:45 I see that player 235 decided to climb into bed. At 9:25 I get his ID

Clip 4: starts where he is out of bed again. I ask him to get dressed, but he is still not responding. During clip 4 a lot of us try to have a talk with player 235, but he is just not having it. As you can see in this clip, we try to get an OOC respons.

Im missing the last part where he either headpops due to AFK or combatlogs. I dont know.
 
Hi all, I have spoken with Benz and he is having issues with logging into his forums account. He is trying to get this sorted asap.

I would like to ask if this could be resolved in qe? I know it may seem bad from the report and clips but I believe with a quick chat in QE this can be resolved for both parties. Let me know if this is possible and we can organise a time.

Thank you for stepping in while Benz sorts out his Forum account. I appriciate the suggestion to resolve this through QE, but I respectfully decline.

I tried already. Some of the others from the group even tried to tag Benz in the RPUK Discord last night aswell.

If this had been a short 5-10 minute misunderstanding I would gladly have cleared it up in QE. But it wasnt, and I hornestly dont believe Benz would have reached out at all, if this report hadnt been made.

Plus I spent hours this morning before work putting together everything and make this report.

I belive the fairest and most constructive Way forward is to allow Benz to give his version, let staff review the evidence and make a decision. That way, everyones time is respected!

Like you said you decline but a situation like this can easily be resolved in qe, a simple conversation explaining both sides, even offering compensation or anything to help refrain from toxicity.

None of the members are aware of this and I can't find anything to tagging any of our members in the discord. If there's something we missed please let me know because we are looking to help this situation, not try and make it worse.

Coming to the report with this type of agenda against Benz isn't helpful in resolving the situation.

I appreciate the time and effort you put into this report but I am only here replying on behalf of Benz and trying to sort this situation out so nothing like this happens again.

Like I said before, you could've tried to contact me or other members of Vagos to try and reach out. If we are/were able to sort this situation out before the forums it would save time and effort for the staff team themselves.

The only thing I can find from a TFA member in the discord is this but you didn't tag benz or a vagos member. If this was one of us then we would've reached out to sort it out asap.

I dont have it in me to sit with Google translate anymore, So Im gonna accept the invitation to QE. I will be joined by one other TFA member as translator cause Im not english. Just in case Benz speaks a lot of slang. Im still at work, so wont be able to join until 22 uk time. Is that okay with you and Benz?
 
I went to the QE hoping to hear Benz side. He didn’t show up, but a few from his group came instead, which I do appreciate.


From that QE I was told Benz opened a ticket last night explaining to staff why he didn’t interact during the scene. His child had an emergency and had to go to the hospital. When I asked how he still managed to 3rd eye the bed, get in it, when done healing and after 15 minutes type “ROLEPLAY” to avoid AFK kick, and then stand again until AFK or combat log, the story changed. Now it was that his kid was sick at home and he was going back and forth.


As a parent, I get that kids get sick and you sometimes have to step away. What I don’t get is why he didn’t just type OOC to let us know he was AFK with his kid. The answer I got was “every time he went back to the computer, nobody was around.”.

When I asked why Benz himself didn’t join the QE, nobody knew. At the same time I was told he was in city tonight fighting against TFA.

I will leave this to staff now.

We was trying to give you more of an insight of what happened. He had to deal with something urgent which he made a ticket for. We didn't say that he took anyone to hospital we just mentioned that this could be a possibility. You saying that we said one thing then the other is twisting the story. We mentioned the facts and mentioned the possibilities as to why, and to give you a bit more of an insight.

We was planning to join but when it came to 10pm he had to go off. This shouldn't be seen as if Benz doesn't want to sort the situation.

I am only commenting as I was present during the liason last night,

You had stated that he had to take his child to the Hospital when the story started, but then how is he getting into bed? He then got out of bed, so how is he not getting AFK kicked? - You then stated that it was the doctors... Sorry, the story doesn't add up. If it's true that staff were informed, then I am sure it would be stated in this report.

This is the last time ill be saying this as you like to twist the words.

The facts are there, we said that it could be a possibility that he had to go to hospital or something in that avenue. We were just trying to give possible answers as to why Benz had to go at that moment in time. If he wants to keep that private with a ticket he has the right to do so. No need for this "story doesn't add up" malarkey.
