Why do you think you were banned: Hello, So to start at the time of my original appeal I was confused on why I was banned but later remembered what I had previously done (Broken rule C2.3 aka Combat Logging), a regretful and silly split second decision was made and there was no going back and I completely accept the repercussions and decision the staff team made to ban me, especially after I had broken this rule when first playing the server as well, as to the details of the event this is regarding the details aren't memorable if I'm honest but I hold my hands up and admit I was completely at fault.
Why should we unban you: From your end I can understand why you would have no interest in unbanning me, my track record isn't great and I have broken your trust already once before all I can do is attempt to plead my case, firstly, this server was fantastic in every element and the social side was unbeatable, I made many of friends on the server and have stayed connected with some of them through various other channels, the chance to be able to experience this again would be fantastic, I thought I brought a lot to the table when it comes to Roleplay I would often immerse myself as heavily as possible in scenarios and really get stuck in, upon reflection I regret not taking up a civilian job to encourage more of these interactions and if given the chance would pursue this as soon as I come back to Roleplay.uk.

I admire the hard work the staff put in to maintain and run the server, and now with the power of hindsight can see why I was banned as my actions ruin other peoples immersion and roleplay experiences and interactions, these rules are put in place to protect the servers integrity and stability and I understand how I jeopardized this.

Since the ban I have had time to reflect and ponder on things I would like to do when coming back to the server if ever allowed, and kept coming back to the same answer, join a community as in Police, NHS etc, to give me a real sense of direction and purpose in the server and not just running around robbing shops, selling drugs etc as I once did, and you have my word that upon return I will instantly apply to one of the above.

All i can ask is to be allowed a final chance to prove what i can bring to Roleplay.uk and really immerse myself in the community and apply myself to things that bring others a quality roleplay experience, I accept any conditions the staff bring forth and would love to be given another opportunity, thank you for taking your time to read this.

You created your character on 30/06/2024 and your first ban was 13/11/2024 for Combat Logging and Random Death Match.
You was unbanned 03/01/2025 and lasted only 26 days before getting another permanent ban, this time for exploting.
You was then unbanned 29/03/2025 and lasted 35 days before your current ban for Combat Logging again.

In your last appeal, which Stavik gave you another chance, you stated:

"If you unban me you have my word that I'll roleplay to my full ability and make sure that I stay within the rules of the server, I'll continue to develop my storyline and begin new ones too! To prevent me from coming back here asking for a final chance (which won't happen) I'm happy to agree that this is my final chance and if I break your trust again then I don't come back, I wouldn't expect you to trust me after I was banned again in such a short span of time, but all I can do is try to prove myself."

This is your second ban for Combat Logging, so I have two questions right now.

What causes you to combat log?
If you were to be unbanned what will stop you from breaking the rules again?

Evening Mason, I know on paper it looks terrible and it is.

To be honest the reasoning for my combat logging was probably due to the feeling of unfairness in a scenario, I look back with regret and realise now that whether unfair or not I should let a scenario play out as it does, with the power of hindsight I can see how a small decision can effect others now, and how utterly stupid it was to combat log in the first place, the action was inexcusable and I understand the repercussions as previously mentioned, now looking back and reflecting on my time on RPUK I can see my time was misplaced and my energy was put into the wrong aspects of the server that I personally probably don't align with, my time can be spent better and I can focus my time into other things as said before such as the Police, NHS etc, this is what I plan to do if allowed back for a final time, giving me a sense of direction and purpose and drive real and quality RP, I would love to show what I can bring again!

This isn't the first time you've combat logged - the last combat logging ban you disconnected after saying "nice rdm" & "nice rp". You should've had this hindsight seeing as you've already been through the appeals process once before for Combat Logging.

In your appeal for the last combat logging ban you stated the rule for combat logging and why we have the rule in place. You also stated "Your absolutely right in the fact I should of known better, a complete lapse in judgement on my part and it won't happen again, it was such a stupid thing to do". There seems to be a repeating pattern of you breaking rule(s) and appealing stating it's a lapse of judgement but how many times are staff going to have to deal with this?

Reading your first appeal for combat logging you also followed a very similar approach stating you'd join the Police for a sense of direction and here we are with your current appeal stating the same, though this time you did mention NHS, etc which I'd assume you're more open to different factions.

So I'd like you to answer the following questions:

• There seems to be a repeating pattern of you breaking rule(s) and appealing stating it's a lapse of judgement but how many times are staff going to have to deal with this?
• In your last appeal you stated "To prevent me from coming back here asking for a final chance (which won't happen) I'm happy to agree that this is my final chance and if I break your trust again then I don't come back," - why should we let you back now?
• Did you ever apply for the Police after your first appeal, if so how did it go?
• If you didn't apply for the Police, why?

Morning Mason,

I never applied for the police, as I had ended up joining an MC (Cursed MC) and that gave me a purpose and turned my head, I'm no longer interested in the "gang life" or being part of an organization of this kind, I know I've proven untrustworthy and been banned multiple times, I waited the 6 months and thought I'd see if I could be allowed to return, I just want to be apart of something more than the "gang life" and have good influences around me to push me to grow rather than drag me down and make poor decisions, the staff shouldn't have to keep banning me then replying to my appeals and going in a circle, so I accept being Permanently Banned from here on out if I step a single foot out of line.
