Why do you think you were banned: when i originally made my character, i was unhappy with the overall physical appearance and wanted to change it. however, after multiple attempts to ask for help in the discord server and was basically ignored...i tried resolving the issue myself. thinking i would lose my starter money as i didnt want to use another character slot, i sent my money to my partner to then send back to me once i had reset my character. realising i couldnt do so, we tried just sending the money back to then be met with permo ban. i had also been told that when i sent the money to my partner, he was in the casino which i was not aware of at the time and if i had known that i wouldnt have sent it to him. i apologised for doing so and know i shouldnt have sent the money anyway.
Why should we unban you: It was over a year ago, we have since took a huge break from FiveM completely and have re-read all of the rules. we were very new and i felt as if i didnt get the help i needed but after talking to an admin on the unban appeal forum where they mentioned completely resetting the full character, including the look and all the assets on there, i agreed since that is what i wanted and accepted that i had made a mistake and wouldve been okay with losing everything i had and to start from scratch.

I've taken the liberty of looking into your help messages and long and behold you have opened 0 tickets for help regarding your issue.
There's some messages in #help however not any of them are remotely a question as to how to sort your situation. Only remarks about a namechange having changed your gender (which it doesn't).
In this process you didn't speak to a single member of staff, only 2 developers made short remarks.

Not long after you got banned for a breach of G2.9 & G3.5.
It's a poor attempt in trying to twist the facts.

What is your thought process behind this? Why would you not have sent the money to him if you knew he was in the casino?

like i have already stated, this happened about a year ago and yes i did reach out about the name of my character and im confused about the gender part you mentioned as i cannot recall ever having an issue with the initial gender but the look of the character. im not 'twisting facts' as im only stating based off what i remember (since it was a long time ago). what i do remember about what i put in the discord, where you mentioned 2 developers making 'short remarks', is that it was no help at all...and the part where i mentioned the casino i only brought up because in the previous appeal, the admin i spoke to had mentioned this and me trying to resolve the issue myself and not get banned, i wouldnt have done it because therefore it would look like i was purposely giving him the starter money to gamble, which i was not, in my thought process being, if i had reset my character i thought i would lose the 6k or whatever amount you started with and wouldve had nothing. i didnt mind losing my house, cars or money i had earned but i didnt want to reset and have no money so my intention was if i reset and lost all the money (balance being 0) i could resend the starter money back that i shouldve initially started off with. in my mind, i didnt process at the time that if i was to reset that i would have the starting money reset anyway...especially after hours of stress trying to change the physical appearance of my character which im pretty sure i asked for help or opened a ticket about.

another thing, about how i opened 'no tickets' im pretty sure i did or at least tried and like ive stated numerous times, it is my first time ever using FiveM and roleplay servers (yours being the first and ONLY server ive ever played) so things didnt really make sense to me as i was still trying to get used to how everything worked.
