Please (in detail) describe the incident: We had some intel on radio by an AD unit that there were five PSK members dealing drugs at Mt. Haan. Upon hearing this, I got a team ready on Freq. 6 to strike. We sat around to ensure we gathered our own intel in order to have a fair and lawful interaction with the PSK members. I even warned the officers that we should pursue it fairly or, at least, gently.

We struck and kept it fair. We didn’t have eyes on the two suspects we had footage of, so we just pulled DeShawn on some standard RTA offenses. All in all, it was a successful operation as no blood was shed and the drug dealing stopped.

As we were making our way back to the city, we spotted a Ninja H2 that was seen at Mt. Haan dealing drugs; we attempted to catch it, but we lost it. Then it was called out that the GTO belonged to Adrian, whom we had also seen at Mt. Haan. We decided to chase it. The vehicle was lost and then found a couple of times. Eventually, the vehicle crashed at Legion Square, and I followed it all the way to Popular Street where it had a nasty crash and became inoperable. Before he got out of the vehicle, I gave him verbal commands to stop where he was and to put his hands up. He failed to comply. I offered him medical attention, and while we had six/seven officers with weapons drawn, he pulled a weapon out and shot at officers. He became incapacitated; I fired at a PSK member who showed up on a bike and was shooting at cops, and I ran to give Adrian medical.

I attempted to give him medical attention multiple times, but received no response.

I then made a LOOC, where his reply was quite terrible, considering Adrian constantly complains about the state of the police RP, the server’s RP, and how good RPers are leaving and how RPUK is losing its spark.

Jack Speight also attempted to give him medical attention and received nothing in return.

I made sure to include just about everything that led to this situation so that staff can see there was no ill intent and there never is toward a specific group. When I am on as Dante, I am there to RP a cop, and that’s what I do.

Adrian has clearly let his OOC opinion about me (which I don’t know where he gets that I “ruleplay” from) affect his RP, my RP, and Jack’s RP. And, to be honest, the other officers’ RP too.

Throughout the scenario he threw a tantrum and refused to RP and QE, which ultimately led to this report.

I would also like to add onto this, despite there seeming to be personal issues Adrian has towards Dante, I also was around the situation and Adrian's view towards Dante was quite horrible to see. His LOOC comments were a demonstration he had no intention to roleplay and instead was seemingly upset at either losing or just a general poor attempt to even try to rp.

Whilst in pillbox, I communicated to the officer who was going to try to put him into a ward that he was non responsive and of course, we see him hold to respawn and die. No /mes no nothing. He just respawns. It's a poor display from someone I always thought was pretty good.

Just thought I'd share what I saw as I was also at scene and pillbox

Right, to the shock of no one you have decided to go straight to forums now i will adress this and make it clear that i have no intention of prolonged conversation with you specifically and the inevitable argument you will try and get so this will be my only reply to you but staff i will be more than happy to comply with.

this addresess your nvl claim quite well actually as you mentioned, shooting another psk member and that to me proves this ain't NVL as there was only 1 firearm car and alot more of psk in the area that where willing to back me roughly about 7 aswell so equal numbers so that is why i pulled my gun.


To address the poor quality roleplay i would like to note that i never shot instantly and was aiming for a foot pursuit where i was then blocked to get out of my car by another vehicle then forcing me out into the passenger side where i had an instant taser to my dome so i then took off and when i seen the firearms all decamp and come i knew that the foot pursuit avenue was also gone and hence the shooting as my gang where all in the area and we are just down the road from our block.

Now the reasons i have to not rp with you i will not be going into on the forums but i have them and the refusal to talk to someone is one that i will keep and i said in ooc that if you werent there i would rp fine and i will note that once you had left i put myself into a pillbox and allowed myself to get arrested and proceeded down the rp line, which i dont blame you for knowing as you where not involved.

Now the calling me to QE was definitely not clear you wanted to go qe as you said 'i can qe if you want' which isnt you asking me to qe its offering if i wanted which is a massive diference that has obviously led to this report.

If i bled out after all of that i would agree its poor quality rp but i didnt i knew that me not wanting to interact with you wasnt good enough reason to just bleed out hence why i informed the other fed to take me into pillbox and i would continue the rp which is exactly what i did and my character is now sat in prison as i did enough continue with the line of rp.

You want to talk about ooc attitudes when you say in looc that im going straight to the forums to cry and that im throwing a tantrum, which is highly ironic if you ask me but here we are.

please dont start spouting falsehoods staff can check the logs you can check the reports on the mdt and see i got arrested and went to prison so dont add information that is false

but please in future have a clip so that it can be clearly seen that it infact was not me that bled out

In regards to what you said to Dante, he was more than clear asking you to go to qe, you're being difficult here... You knew what he wanted as you then reiterated saying why would you want to qe with him.


If you were arrested and it was a different psk member who died, then I apologise I thought it was you.

Regardless of personal feelings, it's effecting the RP for everyone. If you're going to be so upset and hurt by doing /me's to respond to Dante, then I'm sorry that's really petty. It's a game, go along with it.

I didn’t go straight to the forums, firstly I asked you to go QE, where you made it clear you didn’t wish to discuss the situation with me OOC, which is entirely your right. However, if you don’t intend to respond to my counter-arguments, there’s little to no point in me further expanding on what I’ve already said.

I believe I have included everything needed for a decision to be made, and I believe West has as well.

If staff would like any additional input from me, please feel free to ask.

Hello, i was the one on the bike that shot officers now i would like just to point out that it was only me and west that got incapacitated and neither of us bled out as maxwell seen us both in the beds in cuffs in the fed ward, just wanted to make that point clear so it doesnt waste staffs time looking through logs to see who was downed in the fight.

Yeah, I think that was just a miscommunication between some officers at the hospital.

I think Ajax (could have the wrong name) also tried to communicate with West and couldn't get him to respond and then 'lost' eyes on him when he checked in. But, it was then called out by Maxwell that the 'ginger haired' PIC was infact checked-in at Pillbox.

I then asked Maxwell if he'd be okay dealing with it due to the OOC issues. I logged off after as it put me off playing.
