another day another round of physio

first unmc boot camp starts tonight, time to whip these soilders in to elite military machines lol

first walk without crutches since my attack , still gotta wear a leg brace and only managed to get about 100 yards but its a start 

so it seems the hammer blow to the head has caused permenant eyesight damage and I now have to wear glasses for ever, on the plus side I get them today so road accidents on altis should now drop by at least 50% from the last few days lol

recovery gets so much harder the older you get lol ,an hours physio a day and all I wanna do is sleep lol

finally after 10 days on my back I can walk with the help of crutches , than god for the advancement in medical technology
