    I need to do an unban appeal but when im on the page i cant figure out hpw to actually make one can someone please help??

    top right, support button, then click on to unban appeal and it will take you to a form

    fill that in, truthfuly and wait and keep an eye out if the staff team dealing with it have any questions for you.
