i see , but i see people connecting , i did update , but still i cant join server cause showing up locked :/

@durrrrTo allow a small flow of people to download the mission file without stressing the server too much which would therefore cause desync/lag make it near enough unplayable.. Let in small amounts to download it and it won't be as bad..
