Can somebody turn server 2 on as I am unable to connect to server 1 for some reason and no it is not because it is full I have had this problem from day one.

Every time I try to connect to server 1,3 or 4 I get a connecting failed message don't know why it is I am getting up to 500 mb download an 200 mb upload speed the ping on the servers are all less than 50 so don't know why it's doing it.
