Sever 1 connection

Hi my problem is that I can't connect to server 1 ever, I can always connect to 2 and even when 3 was on I could connect to that to but when I try to connect to 1 I get a box simply saying "Connecting Failed" is there anything anybody can think that I can do to fix this. The ping is not the problem though as it is quite low but I don't know what else it could be.

Lower the ping the better.

I believe other people have had this issue as well but it was fixed server side.

Do you have a squad XML? If so remove it.
