    Your IGN or forum name? If forum name, you need to submit 100+ posts (I do believe) and it's under account settings> display name. 

    For IGN, go to Arma profiles (top right on the main menu) and select create/edit profile to choose/create a new name. (this doesn't delete your data on the server as it is linked to your steam acc not profile name)
