  • Nearly 5am ams I'm still awake.....Been like this for 5 days now, end up sleeping through my alarms and waking up at 3pm ??

    I know all about this too. 

    It requires positive action other wise it affects your everyday life severely. 

    You must be disciplined with yourself by setting a time to go to bed. 

    Preparing for this time is key, darkened room, maybe reading (makes the eyes tired if using a side lamp), maybe 3-4 hours earlier doing exercise, but preparation is key to establishing sleep routines. 

    When in bed - relaxing maybe listen to relaxing sounds, or therapy tapes, no music pop and rock music! No ipad:iPhones with distractions on them.  Learn meditation techniques of how to clear your mind.

    Yer what boondog said, is there anything that's on your mind that keeps you awake? If it's solely down to not feeling tired then reading/excersise will really help, reasons for you being awake at that time could be down to stress/depression/over thinking/etc there's a number of reasons, I used to suffer from this myself but I was able to reset my body clock by staying awake all night/day and going to be at 9pm after being up over 24H and it worked for me

    Made £150 yesterday by making tea and coffee for a conference of Tedx Glasgow 0.0 Never again though...Standing up same spot since half 7am to 5pm with only a 10 minute break...Ankles are killing me ???

    aye mate went to Greece wae the burd then got a boat to Albania mate only took 30 mins from Greece, were going to italy from corfu airport tomorrow

    Fucking hell, travelling the way its suppose to, wish I was on holiday right now, need to wait until October for some travelling.
