Maybe it is your ingame name, the name ''Player'' of ''User'' are restricted  when in the arma menu go to: Configure > Profile > "the name of your profile you want to use" > Edit > change your name > Ok Then you should be able to join :)

My new gaming PC is arriving today, then I can finally play arma with more then 25 fps ?
