    @Nuclear Atlas True however if you enter a scenario with individuals threatening to use their weapon in order to kill an office it would be ridiculous if an officer on scene did not have lethals loaded encase the officers with rubbers are killed. This situation there are two hostiles maybe more, using rubbers in this situation unless both where rubbered at the same time would be ineffective as an officer would have to leave cover in order to restrain the man, then risking his own life and possibly his fellow officers lives.

    I would like to add that the person that was asking was a PCSO, he was making sure before engaging which in my opinion is 100% fine as he is still in his training phase. Secondly if a rebel is going to threaten a police officer that is endangerment to all officers lives in that situation so obviously we are going to switch over to lethal as it minimizes the risk of having to run up and restrain the suspect as SI Wolfy explained above.

    Yeah i get that but rubbers are very op at the distance you guys were (and the rebels werent really smart at getting cover either) In my opinion rubbering someone opens a route for more roleplay being exchanged which is what this is all about.
