@Freddyy This matter has been reviewed and I have spoken to the staff involved with this matter on the night. It seems this matter has been dealt with via the staff team and some education has been given, I think this is the appropriate guidance and this matter will now be closed down...

@BenIsBanned There is not much to say here, this "lootbox" culture is poor and not what is expected of criminals when playing the server. There has been an amount of time for this player to reply on the forums but they have not, and the attitude shown in the QE is also not what is expected...
