Please (in detail) describe the incident: This situation happened on Saturday at around 8pm, I have been wondering if I should report it or not which is why there has been a delay.

I will start with context:

Myself and Few members of our group known as "C-Block" where planning to rob someone when we noticed Hardwick displaying a vehicle auction, we decided this would be a great place to rob someone as they would have cash on them and half the server was at a car show on the other end of the city. We got changed into different outfits and headed there, we waited for the auction to start, as we assumed there wasn't many people there which was perfect for us. After some time has passed this particular Lost Member won the car for 3.3million. Lucy (I believe that's her name) and the lost member drove over to the city hall to complete something then headed back. In the meantime, the rest of our group headed down the stairs with guns out and ready whilst I stood and waited on my phone, they (Lost and Firm) arrive back at hardwick which is where the video starts.

I message the GC that the lost member has taken the money out of the ATM and is going over to Lucy, this is where they run up the stairs and I pull my gun out. As we are holding them up, Lucy asks The lost member for his ID which he manages to say "160" we make it clear for no one to move but lucy completes the transaction and sends him the Clipboard, he then accepts it which takes the 3.3millon out of his pockets and into the hardwicks bank (? i assume that's where it goes).

After some thought, I have decided to report this as to me it is simply not fair. We planned out a good robbery and spent time making a plan and getting into position.

I think this is NVL as he should not be completing the Transaction and Lucy should not be sending him the clipboard.

I think this is powergaming as we can't do anything about the cash some how being zipped out of his pockets to a bank.

I've reviewed the report in its entirety and have watched the attached videos including the video posted on your thread reply. I note that at this time, the persons involved in this report have not yet replied, I'm unsure as to if this is intentional, or if they simply were unaware of this report. I shall give them an opportunity for them to give their perspectives and thought processes here prior to making a final decision.

@SteveStacy - From yourself, you've named Lucy as "Firm Wife" here, what's the basis of this? Are you supposing that Lucy, is Mystix's "Wife"? Or did I miss a firm meme 😅

18/10/2025, 20:15:55 - 160 completes purchase of vehicle EJ13 UDG

When writing the report Lucy's name slipped from my mind, after sitting there for a good few minutes trying to picture the face to a name, I gave up. I remember her being married to a firm member, Jo Timon, hence why I named her as "firm wife" throughout the report. No meme here!

Don't really feel like I have much to add here to be honest and nothing that would need a reply.

I didn't pay much attention and from my pov I only really saw 2 people and figured it was more aimed at the other people, so went along as usual.

Will say though that I find it interesting how the report came up after more than probably a couple QE between Lost and Cblock where Cblock had been unhappy with the conduct from members of the Lost in relation to being hunted or shot and losing items for a couple of evenings in a row. Yet nothing had been mentioned about this either during the situation or later however it's not my job to evaluate that, just an observation.

As I was involved the situation, I'm going to reply, This is just untrue, This report was up well before all of the incidents, The only time we went to QE before this report was when got grabbed by the Lost at lower pill after getting killed off 30m prior on the same day which has no relation what you're trying to claim here.

Secondly, going on to the situation from the clip you can see 3 people clearly in your face telling you to not move, You claiming that you thought other people got stuck is also not true, Your character is in 3rd person and you are clearly aware of your surroundings but from what it seems you ignored the signs and signed the paper resulting into not valuing your life and powergaming because you knew the money would leave your inventory.

As for my POV, I was already looking at the tab to write the ID before even anyone said anything, I heard shouting in the background while writting the ID, I didn't have a full view of the situation, the only time I've seen a person pointing a gun directly towards me was when I've already sent the paperwork to be signed, and while the customer was signing the paperwork, no one was pointing guns at him, it was pointed towards the guy next to him which also made me assume the person next to me is pointing further away at the other person, which is why ive looked around for a second before realising that im being targeted too, so I don't see why I should have stopped the transaction when I wasnt targeted in first place nor had guns pointed directly towards me that I could see, also all this happened in a split second, they pointed the guns exactly as the paperwork was being signed, both happened the same time which was very quick to even think and change the original plan of transferring the car, I don't see that as NVL, I've put my hands up as soon as I realised I'm being targeted, and for the powergaming, I would argue that your whole plan was based on powergaming you went to the auction knowing the "Only" way to transfer the car was to have money in cash, there are no options for bank transfer/cheques/paying later..ect..so if him knowing signing the papers will transfer the money to Hardwick how come knowing the system of only cash is considered fine?

Hello Lucy,

Thanks for finally responding.

You say you "didn't have a full view of what was going on" but in your clip you can clearly see everything happening? Im confused as to how you didn't think it was you and Mystix being the targets to our demands and threats.

You also say it all happened "in a split second" but that is just not true, you clearly see us with guns and threats made, clearly saying "everyone put your fucking hands up" at that point you still hadn't wrote his ID nor did he even say it. As far as I am concerned "everyone" would include you and Mystix.

As to your claim that I was infact the one doing the powergaming... how? It is simply a case of being caught lacking. There was no powergaming to it, Mystix was not forced to take money out of the ATM, he could have easily just told you to wait until everyone had left, or asked you to lock the doors. He did not, you both let your guard down and paid the price, or would have if you didn't powergame.
