Garage is bought separate from the house, u can buy just the house or just the garage or both if u want.

Forgot price of a house is 750k - 2.4 mill, depending on size (number of storage boxes it can hold)

And if somebody already bought it the "buy house" will be greyed out, also you need to buy a storage box at the market to be able to store stuff in your house. Garage works the same and windows key allows u to pull out any CAR you own, NO Trucks.

When I had the BH licence, and desided to get the rebel instead, I got a warning that I would lose the BH licence, so u can just test.

Highly unlikely that you would lose the BH licence, only Rebel licence removes it, and if it did im sure u would get comp, as that cant be intentional. I never tested though...
