    the single roleplay that the non atm rebel outposts give is: hey mate can you do me a favour put your hands up

    i love how even the big gangs started to camp the outposts to rob people there cuz there's not a cashpoint anymore..lovely

    ok i really struggled a bit to understand this :) but server 1 is full

    The admins will probably put it up at peak time , so 4 pm restart. There is only an hour and a half till restart , so the server will not fill up in that time , as well as you will not be able to do much in the sense of runs , so its best to wait until the server 1 gets full at 4 pm
