    Bohemia have 21 job advertisements for "unannounced" projects, one of them is a Unity project.

    3 job advertisements for Enfusion, their game engine.

    And only 2 job advertisements for ArmA 3, one of them being for a North American Community Manager. Which suggests they may be wanting to establish new relations with players for research into ArmA 4. 

    This is all speculative though...

    Hope you and you're family are all doing well and staying safe in this madness. I've most definitely lost my barn at this point 😉 but I'm missing the community more. I hope that the lockdown will be done by my birthday in May! Things are more stable here now than the earliest days as we have started to work a new rota and have hired alot more extra staff. Anyhoo, stay safe and happy gaming 🙂

    Property price scaling based on desirable factors, curious what the desirable factors are? Does it increase rent and upkeep?

    It is based of your distance to various things such as

    • Distance to garages
    • Distance to airports
    • Distance to black market/rebel/advanced
    • Distance to a main roads
    • Distance to cities
    The price of your property can decrease as well if you are far away from these things

    and it does affect your rent as well

    Would be nice to see boats used on this event - maybe to take them across the bay at the Center of the map or something like that. Changes it up a bit compared to normal.

    So I will be running a server event tomorrow. I have a small request for everyone. 

    Everyone please be on your best behaviour. Don't be be the supercop who wants arrest people and confiscate illegal guns or the big bad cartel person hell bent on punishing people that don't have a border pass or be a rebel who wants to go there to rob and/or kill people. This is purely for the server to come together and have fun. So in that spirit please come along, crack jokes, have fun together but leave all the drama and faction stuff at the gate.

    I fully back the right to remove people from the event if I deem them to be a bother. I don't to have to be or want to be "that guy" but if I feel the need to remove you, I will.

    Yes hence why I said I don't think you actually stole it. You might have hijacked it yes, but you never actually got round to stealing it and therefore becoming owner of the ifrit in question. under the comp rules I can't base your compensation on what you could have had.

    I'm sorry but because of the bug occurring, you lost out on the chance for that course of roleplay to fully take its course. we cannot guarantee that, that course of roleplay would have happened and that you have been able to steal it. I have chosen  to compensate you for your loss of gear. But, and this is the last time I will say it. We can't and won't be basing your request on what could have happened. What you are referring to is a loss of the chance to steal an ifrit caused by a bug. Unfortunate, yes but arma can be a harsh and unfair game.
