I get what you're saying, but I do have to agree with the stance from CoC - there should be a distinct difference between crims and civs. In an ideal world, I'd like to see businesses run solely by civs, not gangs.

Great idea! This is something I have already been working on a proof of concept for - there has been some work done on this in the past, but the already-made system needs a slight rework. Before moving it to accepted, I'll leave the thread open for further feedback/ideas.
