Have you turned off all the powerbudgets/powersaveings and shit in bios to release the full potential of your cpu? Whats your boostclock on 100% use after a minute or two? Probably around 4.1ghz, wich isnt hard at all to cool down to 50-60c.

When i ping the server, i get 43ms, no packet loss. Wich means, my internet connection is fine, and so are the servers connection. The problem is somewhere else.
