Well no, because this is all happening in the same world isn't it. It would be unfair for an Officer to accept you roleplay that the weapon is indeed a flagpole, just for you to turn a corner and use it to kill someone. It doesn't make sense, and it breaks the roleplay story surrounding that...

Escaping gunshots seems to be a good reason hahahahaha. On a more serious note, I believe there are / were HM Treasury shipwrecks, and you could obtain some looty from them. 

If you used that as your roleplay, do you promise wholeheartedly that you'll continue to use it as a flag pole and not ever ever ever use it to shoot someone, even if you are being threatened with a gun, because you said it was a flag pole?

When will there be more information about the Framework?. Last I heard it was given a release date of Q1 2016 and I think that was from the December newsletter. I've been gone for a month so may have missed it but cannot see any sort of update.

If you are referring to Tanoa then yes, it'll certainly be given a go. I believe that map is one of the main pushes behind the Framework currently in development.
