The easiest thing would be doing the same as gang safes (you unlock them then they stay unlocked until you re-lock them)

Finally found the cause and fixed this in one of the recent updates

This was a FiveM bug that they've pushed a fix for in canary

This is already on my to-do list already alongside fixing the female outfits (like prison and hospital clothing) not working

No clothing was removed by us in the game build update so if this is a base game clothing item the other variants would've been removed by rockstar
