The original bug is fixed for next update and so is the ability to pull the car out if it is parked somewhere else. The impound shows all unpaid impounds for the vehicle even if it isn't in there so your "bug" is only that you can still pull it out @qaws

This is an issue with fivem networking not anything we can fix

Police, gruppe6 & nhs now bypass the entrance restrictions (since yesterday at 2pm) It doesn't break RP at all, the RP explanation for being unable to enter would be something along the lines of the security guards denying you entry since you are excluded

If a container is locked then it was either by police or for a staff reason. There was plans to do an auction kinda thing for ones locked by staff but nobody has ever gotten around to it

An easier alternative would be disabling phone signal for non g6/nhs/police in the cells area

There already is an animation when police press their panic button? A sound everytime someone nearby sends a groupie/text message would likely get annoying very quickly
