Mad catz isn't bad, its on par with the Logitech 3D pro.  With normal flight sticks as long as it twists and has a throttle you're fine. 

Protip: just turn gamma and brightness to max during night. It makes it that you can see

Ask him why he broke the rules, maybe he made a mistake. At the end of the day it's a roleplaying server not a report playing server. Is this someone you feel should be banned? Resolving is not just getting someone to admit to a rule break.
