I believe it is a temporary fix to try and get rid of the lag/ desync and it appears to be working. Good luck:)

The server is currently locked to 100 players. The extra 10 slots are for whitelisted Admins to connect with. I believe they limited the slots to try and stop the desync (I believe it actually worked). So when you connect and there is 100 people already on, then you will get kicked from the...

I believe Wilco has no interest in a fully Modded server right now. I think he prefers having a server that both people with the launcher mod pack and without can join.

Stop posting multiple unban requests, it's not going to make the process any faster. Unban requests are lowest priority and can take anything to a week, to 2 weeks maybe more.
