This Message Came up when I tried to join?

The server is currently locked to 100 players. The extra 10 slots are for whitelisted Admins to connect with. I believe they limited the slots to try and stop the desync (I believe it actually worked). So when you connect and there is 100 people already on, then you will get kicked from the server automatically.

One more thing is it permanent?
