Yeah sometimes it can be if someone else in your house uses something very internet intensive like netflix or twitch then you will get kicked also check if steam is updating something or windows is. 

So its not your internet then. You say no mods are enabled. If you get kicked again ask a friend or someone random to see what the kick message is in side chat then you will get a better idea of what the problem is.

How high is the ping when you join. You may be getting kicked from bad internet. Also you can get kicked if it takes to long to load in as i have had this problem before.

Okay. Here my POV as it all started from me.  ( I have no footage of this situation cause nothing went wrong. no rule breaks on Poseidon's behalf ) Okay so i'm on patrol and i see a dude near a hemmit box truck with his gun out so i call it over the radio and jump out and ask him whats he doing...

It's probably due to the amount of evidence. some reports may have more than others and its easier to sort out. Also they may have to look at it for longer and wait for a reply from all sides as some people play on the server and never visit the site till they actually get banned.
