Shooting Restrained People
The rules state when you kill someone, high quality RP has to be had. If you ziptied them to interrogate them and a fight breaks out, surely shooting them without further notice is not high quality RP. Is this ruleplay? A skilled pilot can hover so close above someone elses landed helicopter they have no real way to take off. The rules mean that IF you try and hit the other, you get done in for VDM. This creates a situation in which the rules provide unfair protection for the side hovering...- Khandamir

Self Defense in case of VDM
Why would you need to break the rules to stop them? If they repeatedly run people over or try to, you can initiate on them. Chances are they fuck up their tires, drive slow enough for you to realisticly be heard from inside the vehicle, while shouting and pointing your weapon at them. If they...- Khandamir
