i think they should lock all npccars. and add a new item to shops, paper clips. they could be used as low quality lockpicks to lockpick parked npc cars (not player owned cars)

I think that the pistols in the black market should stay to not make the blackmarket useless . But also remove the uzi and the shotgun. Make it so that for better weapons you would have to manufacture them.

 there is no reason to make the drugs more profitable . The only reason you would want to go there is because its quiet and safe
