well said Liam. It's come to a point where if you get pulled over the cops will drive to a distance to be safe even if the person is unarmed. To be fair though if someone is wanted for murder then they may be aggressive as that may be their role play character. I wish it was like the old days...

not currently on my PC so will have to wait until tomorrow to try the temporary location thing, but the problem occurred when I changed to Windows 10, when I was on Windows 8.1 it was fine.

Still getting the issue, only fix i can do is turning it off and on like you said, cant find a permanent fix :/
