Have you been able to reproduce this? Since the photo doesn't seem to do anything that would cause this so I'm guessing it'd just be a coincidence

That'd be why, it only closes properly if you use escape or backspace currently

How are you closing the map? Are you using backspace/escape/right click/p or a different button?
