I like the idea, any new sorta civilian job is an improvement for the server so +1.  However, this would be just as risky as going to the mine/smelting alone. Look at how often Taxi drivers/Mechanics are robbed.

I don't disagree with it being a person, but I don't think solicitors. Every solicitor I've contacted over the last 2 days has been too busy to help with my case.

Up until yesterday, I wasn't aware vehicles could collect "points". However, I doubt many people at the moment really consider asking a seller for the registration, taking it to the police and then making a decision. So I don't think you'd be loosing any RP (correct me if I'm wrong and people...

Had this happen while doing mechanic transfers too and the flatbed doesn't fit into the lower floor. 

The landrover defender needs a few changes. It's very loud, sounds like what my sporty X5 sounded like. It also spits fire as standard, which isn't very realistic.  It's a tad slow, which I wouldn't mind if it wasn't so loud in comparison. For the noise it makes, it sounds like it should do...
