I think we can all agree, anytime I have an roleplay experience with Carlos which mainly involves me working with him it is ALWAYS a fucking blast. I have never had a bad or negative roleplay when I am with Carlos and I am so glad he is in our city.

Yes, I have no idea why I put the date I did. Most likely due to sleep, apologies for that.

+1  As much as it could lead to more unfortunate sods being a victim of the bad drivers in the city, it would be a great idea to have as it could force people to drive more carefully and lead to nice RP's involving issues arrising causing roads to be shut (Trees on road, powerlines down etc)
